With us, you see more than your own area of work. Toolmaking, injection moulding, stamping and bending technology, assembly and finishing are all under one roof. You experience how different capabilities combine into a finished assembly and what your work contributes to it.
No corporation, no hotline. The management knows you by name and is approachable when it matters. Your ideas take no detours but go straight to the people who make the decisions.
More than 100 years of company history provide security. We think in generations rather than quarters: people who start with us often stay for their whole working life, and apprentices become experienced skilled workers and specialists. The knowledge that has grown here over decades exists nowhere else in this form.

Our thinking does not stop at plan A. If the standard route does not lead to the goal, we work out a better solution together and adapt the process, fixture or tool accordingly. Being solution-oriented is not the exception here but part of everyday work.
If a mould needs adjusting at short notice in plastic injection moulding, production and toolmaking coordinate directly. Around 15 metres separate the two departments. This means changes can often be made in-house on the same day.
Many in our team did their apprenticeship with us and stay with the company for decades. Because skill counts and experience is passed on from generation to generation.
