First contact with violence and drugs often happens at a young age. Whether through classmates, friends, in the school playground or in their free time – uncertainty and curiosity about intoxicants are a big issue for young people.
Where does drug abuse begin, and how do our young people suddenly end up in the drug scene? Parents, trainers, teachers and pupils should be better informed about the various dangers of addiction so that they can provide immediate help in the fight against addiction and drugs.
To this end, Sucht- und Jugendhilfe e.V. has made it its mission to report on the subject in a nuanced and unbiased way and to educate children, young people and their parents nationwide about the issues involved. The focus is on the dangers of synthetic drugs. To raise awareness of these dangers, the association publishes monthly topic booklets dealing with various aspects of addiction and violence. The booklets concentrate on education and targeted prevention.
So that the “Sucht-Hilfe” guides can continue to be made available free of charge in German schools, it was immediately clear to us that we would support the association financially as a company.
