Neue Kühlanlage bei Friedrich Joerg

Consistently customer-oriented

FRIEDRICH JOERG always keeps its production facilities at the cutting edge of technology so that it can offer the best solutions for every requirement. The company has now invested in a new cooling system which, at 150 kilowatts, is around twice as powerful as its predecessor. Even so, the new system runs much more quietly, efficiently, sustainably and with lower energy consumption. Thanks to advanced “free cooling”, the system alone covers up to 70 per cent of the total annual cooling demand. This even leaves sufficient reserves for a future expansion of the production facilities.

With the new cooling system, FRIEDRICH JOERG is further optimising the high quality of its production processes in plastic parts manufacturing. The cooling water temperature required for production can be controlled extremely precisely via an intuitive touchscreen panel. All key parameters are continuously monitored against set values and displayed.

The control of the cooling system is integrated directly into the company’s production data acquisition. This makes it possible to check the current status of the equipment centrally in all relevant production areas.
